Hi Rich,
As I do my Enbrel inj. in the privacy of my home I ALWAYS
use the flab. I did it my leg just once, never again if I can
help it. Hope its better next time.

I decided to go for the tummy roll too on the principle that since I have lost weight on my legs but not the tum, it would be the least painful site. And I hardly felt a thing. Way less painful than having a blood test or canula inserted.

It's really easy folks so if anyone is hesitant I'd say 'give it a go. Anticipation is 10 worse than the actuality'

Way way too early to tell about any improvement . The Nurse stated that although some may feel benefit after 2 weeks , more often than not it takes time , probably months :(.

Hope your s went well yesterday... just off to look at your blog .
